Trinity Hill, Minsk

4.4
#1 of 15 in Outdoors in Belarus
Walk through the cozy little streets of Trinity Hill, the oldest surviving district of Minsk. Here you'll see restored houses from the 19th century with tile roofs and delicate colors. The district takes its name from the Trinity Convent, of which little remains. Attractions include museums and galleries, an antique bookstore, and an antique pharmacy featuring a collection of pharmaceutical utensils. Visit the house of nature inside a former synagogue. This suburb also features modern buildings, such as the national opera and ballet theater. Cross a bridge to get to the Island of Tears memorial. • Before visiting this place, it was heard that the area was being rebuilt by European architects and in a European manner, and that there was almost nothing left of the old district of the locals. In general, a pleasant place, well suited for tourists from Europe. There are restaurants, one even in a building similar to a Catholic church. There is a registry registry, there are benches. The place is great for photo shoots. You can make movies about musketeers

  • Beautiful buildings, pity that little. Nice atmosphere. I like to walk there in the evening, beautiful soft lighting.
