Allianz Arena, Munich

4.5
Experience the match-day atmosphere at Allianz Arena, a soccer stadium widely known for its facade of inflated plastic panels. The stadium, which holds nearly 70,000 spectators, was the first venue of its kind in the world to feature a full color-changing exterior. The country's third-largest arena, it's home to two professional clubs, FC Bayern Munchen and TSV 1860 Munchen. Check online for available arena tours, which give you a rare behind-the-scenes look at the stadium's locker rooms, players' tunnel, and the coaches' dugout. This modern venue, completed in 2005, features several fan shops and restaurants. Parking is available at Europe's largest parking structure, which has four four-story garages with nearly 10,000 parking places. • A super Stadium... Although only from the outside we could admire the beauty, the majesty and the futuristic look of the structure. We could get right under the stadium with the bike... Really nice

  • Anyone who has a desire to respect himself must visit this stadium with the Museum of Bayern Munich... One of the largest groups in Europe... In the boutique you will find everything but the main products stock from last year at very low prices. The entrance to the Arena and museum at 19 euros.. For Bayern is very good.. Similar tours in Europe are much more expensive. The downside is that the Metro leaves you about 20 minutes ' walk... U6 Frottmaning

  • Nice place ti visit, even if you are not a soccer fan. Easy access by subway. Better to book your guided tour ahead (online 19 €). The guided tour lasts for an hour. We went first to the seating area and got views of the field with nice facts from a knowledgeable guide. Later we got inside to the press area and later to the lockers. Then, we went to the player's entrance, where the bus comes. Finally, we spend some time at the small museum (with most of the trophies), and ended at the fan's store with lots of options.
  • What a glorious experience!!! It was a dream come true to have the opportunity to tour had the Allianz Arena. I was spell bound as I walked the very grounds that the legends of different generations that have passed through this club have walked. I carefully listened to our tour guide as she reeled out the history of the club, the stadium and other stuff as though she was reading the news. She took us from the pitch, to changing room, the press conference room etc I would give anything to have a treat of that awesome experience.
