Hike through the lush forest that covers the sides of La Dent de Man. The trip will give you a chance to admire the diverse vegetation of the area, as well as the opportunity to spot some monkeys. Climb as high as possible to enjoy unobstructed views of the city of Man, which lies in the distance. After the hike, head down to the nearby village, where you can spend some time with locals and try some excellent traditional food. La Dent de Man is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our international travel planner, Man Edition.

We were guided by Hamed Bakayoko, a super friendly guide who introduces us to the plantations and explains in detail the activity of the locals, really very interesting! I put his phone number, feel free to contact him, he is top.
Amazing hike, absolutely loved it. Beautiful scenery! I found a guide at the monkey forest (Gbepleu) who charged me and my friend 7000CFA for both of us (I now believe is a little pricey but he started at 20000CFA) excluding transport there and back which was about 6000 (taxis don't like going there as it's a bad road but I saw plenty on our journey) and entry fee paid to the village below the mountain 2000CFA/person. My friend and I were joined by 3 other people who were also going to hike with our guide and would pay the same as us (after we had a quick chat about it). Our guide was not the best, he was rushing us and hard to understand sometimes but he knew plenty about the land which made up for it.
