Colombier Beach, St. Barthelemy

Bask alongside calm blue waters in seclusion, as Colombier Beach offers a white sand landscape with a quiet alternative compared to nearby beaches. The bay is only accessible by boat or on foot. The walk takes about 30 minutes and travels along a rugged goat path while featuring stunning views of the island. Dive in the coral-filled water and snorkel among the abundance of diverse marine life. Shady palm trees provide a respite where you can gaze over the water and watch the few private boats that come and go. Pack drinks and snacks, as there are no services in this area. • To access this beach, you have to earn it. To access it you can leave your car because there is enough to park it at the beginning of the path that will take you to the beach. But you can also go by boat. I advise to put tennis because the path follows the cliff and is totally landscaped. It takes half an hour to walk. I do not advise to bring in young children as the path and narrow and steep by place. But at the end of this little path you will have access to a little paradise.

  • Best beach in st barts. A hike to get to but definitely worth it!
  • As most of the beautiful beaches of St. Barth this is a splendid secluded beach with extra fine golden sand situated in the natural reservation of the island, north-west side. If you are coming by foot (as I would recommend) following the path you can observe some of the best views on the planet. Most of the visitors (which are not so many) choose to get a boat or a yacht trip over there but I recommend to go on foot to feel the real party. Don't hesitate to go over there if you spent some time in St. Barth, you'll thank me later but don't spread the word after ;)
