The country's capital and largest city, Berlin is a diverse urban center boasting a lively nightlife and countless things to do.
Start off your visit on the 16th (Thu): don't miss a visit to Potsdamer Platz, then stop by Fassbender & Rausch Chocolatiers am Gendarmenmarkt, then stop by AMPELMANN Shop am Gendarmenmarkt, and finally see the interesting displays at Pergamonmuseum. Here are some ideas for day two: stop by Konditorei Rabien, make a trip to Kurfurstendamm (Kurfurstendam), then contemplate the long history of Charlottenburg Palace, and finally look for gifts at Dussmann das KulturKaufhaus.
