Your inner history buff will appreciate Peter and Paul Cathedral and Memorial Sign of Concentration Camp Prisoners. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Gomel: Kozel-Poklyovskih Castle (in Krasniy Bereg), Memorial Complex on the Ground of Children's Concentration Camp (in Chyrvony Byerah) and Rechitsa (Holy Trinity Church & Holy Assumption Cathedral). There's much more to do: make a trip to Gomel Palace & Park Ensemble, have some family-friendly fun at Yeti i Deti, brush up on your military savvy at Gomel Regional Museum of Military Glory, and look for gifts at Spartak.
