A global center of finance and transportation, Frankfurt is perhaps best known for its futuristic cityscape.
On the 19th (Fri), hunt for treasures at Kleinmarkthalle, then get a taste of the local shopping with MyZeil, then browse the different shops at Main-Taunus Zentrum, and finally steep yourself in history at Goethe House. Keep things going the next day: examine the collection at Siegfried's Mechanisches Musikkabinett and then appreciate the extensive heritage of Neroberg.
