Andorra la Vella

Tucked high in the Pyrenees and home to fewer than 65,000 residents, Andorra La Vella seems at first an unlikely tourist hotspot.
Get out of town with these interesting Andorra la Vella side-trips: Lagos de Tristania (in El Serrat), Soldeu - El Tarter (in Soldeu) and Tristaina Lake Trail (in Arinsal). Pack the 2nd (Mon) with family-friendly diversions at Naturlandia. Pack the 5th (Thu) with family-friendly diversions at Tobotronc. There's still lots to do: admire the landmark architecture of Casa de la Vall, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Esglesia de Sant Miquel d'Engolasters, look for all kinds of wild species at Valle de Incles, and grab your bike and head to Engolasters Lake-Les Pardines Path.
