One of Berlin's classic shopping destinations, Rausch Schokoladenhaus seduces chocoholics with its rows of handsomely packaged truffles and pralines. The store opened in 1999, after two major chocolate-making families joined to form one of the largest chocolatiers in the world. Take a behind-the-scenes tour of its modern manufacturing facility and admire the huge chocolate sculptures of some of Berlin's most recognizable landmarks. Though you cannot buy or taste these chocolate masterpieces, you can choose from over 200 varieties of pre-packaged chocolate goodies at the on-site factory outlet store. Finish your visit at the upstairs cafe, which serves traditional chocolate drinks and cakes, as well as savory dishes seasoned with cocoa. Worth a visit. Lots of chocolate to choose from. It's a bit overwhelming, but pretty boxes. You can build your own box. Makes great gifts. Would for sure go again if we ever get back to Berlin...

I went to the ice cream side of shop. The ice cream quality is amazing for very fair price I would say. I tried the pistachio and mango flavours I can't stress enough the quality and how authentic the taste is. It felt eating real raw fruits. Pistachio is usually not my 1st choice but in this Shop is a must try. It's a sicilian pistachio and the taste is really good. I definitely recommend it and I would come back again. 🍨🤤

One of my favourite places to take guests when they are visiting Berlin. And it does not disappoint. Been here quite a few times, and every time it has been a memorable experience. I would recommend the white chocolate cake, as shown in the picture. Try to get seated near the window and you can also enjoy the view. But regardless, you’re guaranteed an excellent cup of coffee / hot chocolate and some grade A desserts.
